These broad connotations have a direct bearing on why planning is undertaken. It therefore means that planning cannot be complete without an attachment of development control. APS’s Physical Planners are able to Process Development applications in all counties in Kenya, this is because all development must secure approval permits to commence construction. We offer professional services in development applications such as subdivisions, change of user, extension of lease, renewal of lease.
